Vantage expand with addition of Kia Bradford
Vantage Motor Group have built a new Kia showroom on Canal Road in Bradford at a cost of £900,000. The Knaresborough-based group who have 26 dealerships across the midlands and the north of England representing Mazda, Toyota, Kia, Citroen, Honda, Hyundai, Škoda and Lexus, will officially open the new facility in August 2016.
Arnold Clark prepares for Nottingham Motorstore opening
Multi-franchise dealer group giant, Arnold Clark is set to open a new outlet for it’s Motorstore branded used car operation, this time on the Lenton Industrial Estate, Redfield Road in Nottingham, creating up to 75 jobs in the area.
Following on from the opening of Chesterfield at the end of last year, Nottingham will be Arnold Clark’s 22nd Motorstore and it will carry a stock of around 400 nearly-new and used cars.
John Clark reveals plan for £10m Pentland JLR development
Scottish motor dealer group, John Clark Group (JCMG) have revealed plans for a £10 million pound Pentland Jaguar and Land Rover showroom development which could create 50 jobs, on Kings Cross Road in Dundee and bring about the relocation of the firm’s BMW Mini dealership from it’s current location on Rutherford Road to a site opposite the planned JLR location.
Stanley Cars switch from Kia to MG in Bradford
West Yorkshire family-owned, Stanley Cars has become the latest dealer to take on the MG franchise, officially making the switch from Kia at the end of July 2016 at their location in the shadow of Bradford City Football Club on Canal Road in Bradford.
