Elite Incident Management has today announced that their PAS 125 Repairer Network is the first in the UK to provide national coverage. With a network of some 90 Repairers, Elite worked closely with BSI to fully support Repairers through the PAS125 process.

Clive Rolfe, Accident Management Director at Elite Incident Management says: We are very proud to be the first Accident Management organisation to have PAS125 BSI certified bodyshops providing National coverage. At Elite, we are completely focused on quality of repair and firmly support BSI PAS125.

Rolfe continues: As the materials used in vehicle manufacture rapidly develop it is essential that the correct repair methods are employed to ensure the integrity of the vehicle structure and its safety for continued use. This is as important for insurers as it is for fleet managers who have duty of care to consider.

Repairers holding the BSI PAS125 Kitemark are recognised as responsible businesses with the correct training and methodology to repair to the high standards demanded by the production techniques now employed by most manufacturers. Testimony to their dedication to deliver the best service to the industry, Elite was the only Accident Management Company to take a serious stance during 2009 when they served notice on Repairers who did not wish to work towards the PAS125 BSI certified standard.

Scott Hanney of BSI comments Elite Accident Managements achievement is substantial and, I congratulate them. Elite made great efforts in promoting the importance of standards and long-term benefits to those repairers who became Kitemark certified. As a result, as an Accident Repair organisation, Elite can show that they will consistently deliver the highest standards through their national repair network.
