A new feature added to 1link Disposal Network that is being used by VWFS under the five- year deal is the Claims Portal, an online tool that provides the means to resolve any vehicle damage issues quickly and easily through digital channels between vendor and buyer, either by returning the vehicle or agreeing on compensation.
In his role as Retail Sales Director, Jay will support VWFS in its commitment to both customers and network partners. The new service, which is a partnership between CUPRA, Volkswagen Financial Services UK and Wagonex, launched in April and initially enables customers to take cars on a three-month subscription. The subscription package includes the cost of the vehicle, insurance, roadside assistance, 24/7 Driverline support as well as any maintenance. After three months, all customers have to do is hand the vehicle back.

The limited-time offer locks customers into pricing fixed at today’s rates for up to three future services, whilst also spreading the cost over 24 months – making service costs more manageable.
The pioneering All-in plan, launching this spring, will be available for customers who drive a vehicle from Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Seat or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles that is over three years old, and boasts access to a comprehensive suite of benefits.
Online sales will be made up of stock unsold through previous online channels and offered with a competitive start price.
