Long-established business operates two Toyota franchise dealerships located in Loughborough and Leicester. The share capital was acquired for cash consideration of £9.2m (including £0.9m net cash acquired and subject to finalising completion accounts) and has been funded from the Group’s existing cash resources.
Lexus (9.7) topped the all-important question ‘how would you rate your manufacturer overall on a scale of 1 to 10’, followed by Toyota and Kia (both at 9.6). Fiat (4.2), Abarth (3.8) and Hyundai (3.1) had the lowest ratings, despite all experiencing an increase in score. The average score rose by 0.2 points to 6.5.
Such has been the response to its offer, Toyota is extending it for a further three months, giving customers more time and more opportunities to save up to £2,500 on a new car.
