Representatives from Ancaster Group, Arnold Clark, Hendy Group, Holdcroft Group, Pendragon, Richmond Motor Group and Sinclair Group attended the Genesis Scottish Open golf tournament to coincide with a signing ceremony in Scotland.
Berman replaces Mark Herbert who left the business after less than a year in the role after taking over from long-standing CEO Trevor Finn who left Pendragon a year ago.
Mark Herbert will leave at the end of this month having just taken over from Trevor Finn at the end of April.
