Greenhous Nissan in Shrewsbury was in celebration mode as seven of the service department staff achieved accreditation from the Nissan Academy.

Staff at the Shrewsbury dealership attend Nissan Academy courses as part of their career development, as well as completing on line modules relevant to their position in the company.

Service Manager, James Forster commented: “We ensure professional development of the staff at Greenhous Nissan by their participation in the Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme. The hard work and extra time they have spent on line completing a number of assessments, which include testing their technical knowledge and customer service skills, is a credit to the company and to our dealership in particular. At Greenhous Nissan we are dedicated to providing all of our staff, technicians, customer service, parts as well as sales, with training in order that we can ensure the best service for our customers.”

Greenhous operates car and commercial dealerships across Shropshire and the West Midlands representing Vauxhall, VW Commercials, Nissan, Ford, Volvo and DAF Trucks.
