The data firm, cap hpi, has confirmed the appointed of Amanda Hardcastle as its head of human resources. 

Amanda Hardcastle joins cap hpi from a senior roles at Close Brothers Motor Finance and CallCredit Information Group. He has previous experience working with cap hpi’s management team, when she involved in the project of bringing cap and hpi together in 2015.

The appointment comes amid Cap hpi’s new international focus, with the launch of its European data set, and a new global coding system, in 2016 and the appointment of Martin Verrelli as business development director.  In her new role Hardcastle will report into Jean-François Boulineau, acting head of human resources at Solera Holdings. Her new role will have a focus on supporting the company’s rapid international rollout, encompassing employee recruitment and engagement, and creating a high-performance culture.
