Snows Group’s Southampton Volvo site has been celebrating the 20th anniversary of Senior Service Executive, Ian Parker joining the dealership.
Ian joined Snows Group as a vehicle valeter in 1997. Since then Ian has worked his way up through the Service Executive role and on to Senior Service Executive. Ian supports the aftersales operations and helps to oversee the dealership’s 10-strong team of technicians.
Ian commented: “I’m delighted to reach such a significant milestone of my employment with Snows Group and Volvo. My long-service recognition is testament to the company, the individuals of the Group and of course the customers, who I’ve had the pleasure to work with over 20 years.”
Ian was presented with a Tag Heur watch, and colleagues joined him for some celebratory sponge cake decorated with Volvo’s iron mark. The presentation was made by Snows Group Board Director, Neil McCue and Franchise Manager, responsible from the Volvo brand on behalf of Snows, Mark Austin.
Neil McCue commented: “Ian is a fantastic asset to the Southampton dealership and consistently delivers outstanding levels of customer service. On behalf of Snows Group, I’d like to personally thank Ian for his continued commitment to us and Volvo.”
