Swansway’s Wrexham Volkswagen site has promoted Steve Wynn to the role of Business Manager.
The move marks the second promotion for Steve in five years. He started out with Swansway as a Sales Executive before becoming the Renewals Specialist and now Business Manager.
Steve commented: “Wrexham Volkswagen is more than a place of work for me, it’s my second family; unusually for the motor trade, the sales team has been together a long time and that makes for a great atmosphere, not just for us, but more importantly for our customers”.
“It’s great to be promoted to a new role and yet still be part of this amazing team. I’m looking forward to helping both the sales team and our customers”.
As reported previously in this publication Steve is one of very few Sales Executives to have ever achieved 100% customer satisfaction over a whole year. Steve explained: “In 2015 I maintained a 100% customer satisfaction score for the whole year, which means that every single one of my customers was 100% happy with the service I gave them, which I confess, makes me pretty proud”.
