Jennings add Ford Direct sales exec

59-year-old, Dave Heslop, from South Shields, has joined Jennings Motor Group’s Newcastle Road dealership as a sales executive.

Dave brings Jennings just under four decades of experience in the motor industry, having previously worked in a number of roles for various motor dealers across the North East.The new recruit jumped into the industry at 16.  Completing a four-year Apprenticeship he became a fully-fledged panel beater. Dave soon decided he wanted to gain experience in the sales side of the business and took on a customer-facing role, and has since gained invaluable experience in all aspects of new and used car sales.

Welcoming Dave on board, David Walker, general sales manager at Jennings Ford Direct, said; “Dave has vast experience and knowledge in the motor trade, which made him the ideal candidate.  His appointment is part of an on-going recruitment drive, which has been implemented to meet the demand from customers in search of a high quality, nearly new Ford cars.”
