Parry joined Vertu Nissan Derby three years ago with no prior experience in the role or brand. She has become a key contributor to the dealership’s customer satisfaction results, helping the site consistently perform above the national average and achieve a top 25% CVA score.

Webb was recognised for her focus on achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Her detailed product knowledge, ability to personalise solutions, and flexible approach have been highlighted as key strengths that support the dealership’s customer service standards.
