Vertu Motors plc has entered a strategic partnership with imagino, implementing a Customer Experience Platform incorporating a composable Customer Data Platform (CDP).
The partnership aims to enhance customer experiences and drive innovation across Vertu’s network of more than 200 dealerships nationwide, while also supporting the group’s Buy Online service.
The motor retail group selected imagino specifically for its flexibility in deployment and direct integration capabilities with Vertu’s Amazon-powered Redshift data warehouse.
According to Vertu, the implementation has already delivered value through ROI and efficiency, supported by what it described as ‘hands-on’ project integration from the imagino customer success team.
