At least six million keys have been managed and protected by Traka Automotive with well over 125 million keys movements recorded on more than 1,000 Traka key management systems now installed across dealerships based in the UK and Ireland alone.
With Traka Automotive you gain a complete turnkey project service for automotive dealerships. Following the project scoping stage, our consultants will survey the dealership to understand and document vehicle flows and parking locations across and between sites. Our consultants will then recommend the size and location of the key cabinets required and advise on IT requirements to bring the system online.
The software should be installed on as many PCs and mobile devices as required – giving complete visibility of key and vehicle location for every user from their desk.
Our highly experienced automotive technicians install the cabinets and software across the dealer network working, working alongside the dealer’s in-house IT team where required.
The customers’ vehicle process flows and parking locations are then fed into the software as part of the setup to produce a bespoke process matched to any dealer’s operational requirements. Our consultants will spend as much time as required on site delivering training and monitoring effective usage of the system to ensure 100% acceptance. Long after the installation, our support staff continue to monitor effective usage by each site from statistical feedback and personal visits to ensure the maximum benefit continues to be enjoyed by the customer.
