MIKE Day has joined Swansway Motor Group’s Stafford Land Rover retailer as Aftersales Manager.
Day started his career in the motor industry as an apprentice and has worked his way up the ranks. He said: “I’ve settled in well andthe team have been so welcoming and receptive to my ideas, we’ve already been able to implement changes. I’m looking forward to levelling up our customer service.”
James Keir
Also at Swansway, James Keir has been promoted to Brand Manager at its Crewe Volkwagen dealership. He joined the group around 10 years ago when he joined the Wrexham VW retailer as Workshop Controller.
After some time away from the business, he returned to Swansway in 2017, spending the past five years based at Crewe Volkswagen as Aftersales Manager.
Keir said: “It’s a new challenge to now be overseeing the whole business. I have a great relationship with the Sales team and I’m eager to build on that from a new perspective.”
