A NEW response management provider has attracted over 300 dealers and some of the largest dealer groups in the UK.

iTrackLEADS was launched in early 2020 and has grown quickly through the pandemic as dealers sought more efficient ways to handle digital enquiries. The cloud-based platform helps users to aggregate all website enquiries and distribute them to sales teams.

The company has recently partnered with Inchcape Mercedes Benz and Jardines Jaguar Land Rover. It also supports Stratstone, Peter Vardy and Group1 Automotive.

Commenting on the growth, Adrian Favill, director and ITrackLEADS product owner, said: “We had the luxury of starting with a blank piece of paper and built a new platform to help dealers manage enquiries quickly and efficiently. It’s an approach that has proven popular with dealers, and we’ve grown quickly through a challenging time for the industry.

“ As much as 78% of sales go to the retailer that responds quickest. That’s why we are continually evolving the platform and driving integrations with the wider dealer technology ecosystem to reduce administrative time and create greater data intelligence.

Data from iTrackLEADS shows some dealers are responding to enquiries within two minutes. It claims responses within 30 minutes increase the chances of conversion by as much as seven times, however, responding to a lead within five minutes boosts conversion by XX %.

iTrackLEADS enables sales managers to track every lead’s sale journey and measure key conversions from enquiry created to test drive,  order or lost sale. It is designed to help dealers fulfil their compliance requirements easily and securely.

Favill concluded: “Web lead enquiries are growing 40% year on year, and in a world where the car buyers expectations are high, it’s never been more important to respond to a lead quickly and professionally.”

iTrackLEADS is developed by Mad Devs, an automotive software solutions company that was launched by industry veteran David Boyce and partners Adrian Favill and Mark Craven. The company’s open platform technology helps facilitate the digital transformation of automotive retail.
