CONSISTENTLY positive customer feedback has seen Liverpool Volkswagen scoop a regional award in recognition of its exemplary work with Motability.
The dealership now goes forward for the Motability Dealership of the Year annual award, later this year.
Ahmed Mansoor, Head of Business from Liverpool Volkswagen, said: “What makes this award so special is that it’s based on customer feedback and not figures. I am very proud that my team’s hard work has been recognised.”
Last year, the Derby Road business worked with more than 1,000 Motability customers through its sales and aftersales service.
Peter Wilson, General Manager – Dealer Relations at Motability Operations, said: “The focus of these awards is to thank our partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience and recognise those who are setting a great example of how to do it well.”
