LOOKERS Skoda dealership in Newcastle has been acknowledged by the brand as its Used Car Retailer of the Year.
The Lookers dealership took away the prize at the Skoda Retailer of the Year Awards 2018, which took place at Tobacco Dock, London.
The dealership also became the first winner of the Connectivity prize, awarded for the biggest improvement in registering customers to the Connect service.
As well as helping to synchronise a host of mobile communication functions, Skoda Connect also provides insights into a vehicle’s technical condition, feeding information directly back to the dealership and alerting them to any issues.
Dave Roberts, General Manager at Lookers Skoda Newcastle, said: “We’ve been working hard to improve on our 7th place position last year, so to achieve first place as the Used Car Retailer of the Year is amazing and particularly pleasing as it was awarded by the Skoda brand itself.
