AUTOMOTIVE data expert cap hpi has announced a new partnership with JCT 600 to supply vehicle provenance and data.

JCT 600 will use a broad range of cap hpi data including HPI Check, NMR checks and NMR investigation plus all branded used car programme data.

HPI Check provides more than 80 valuable data points about the history of the car, including stolen car check, outstanding finance, insurance write-offs, mileage discrepancies, logbook check, valuations and scrapped car check.

The deal also includes access to Valuation Anywhere, cap hpi’s flagship web-based valuations tool for automotive sales professionals.

Automotive businesses rely on this digital online tool to generate accurate valuations for cars, bikes and commercial vehicles, supporting their business decisions and gaining access to 62,000 car ID’s and mileage-adjusted valuations within seconds.

The move to use provenance and NMR data further consolidates the relationship between JCT 600 and cap hpi.

JCT 600 represents 21 of the world’s most iconic auto brands at 51 locations throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East.

Wendy Swaine, Head of Retail at cap hpi said: “JCT 600 is a significant player in the automotive market and it’s great to see two major Yorkshire-based businesses working in partnership.

“In supplying both HPI Checks and valuations data, cap hpi is proving to be an integral service offering across JCT 600’s entire business.”

Simon Barrass, Group Finance and Insurance Director at JCT 600, said: “We opted to significantly extend our scope of work with cap hpi as it fully understands our vision of constantly striving for new ways to drive efficiency through innovation.

“The comprehensive, collaborative approach to managing customer relationships which we are already very familiar with, also proved to be a key factor.”
