THE INDEPENDENT Motor Dealers Association (IMDA) has launched a new partnership with sales and lead management platform Acceler8, to help dealers boost sales conversion rates and help manage complex compliance requirements.
Acceler8, from Dealerweb, is the first lead management platform specifically designed for independent dealers. Early trials have demonstrated a 4% uplift in inquiry-to-sales conversions.
Umesh Samani, chairman of the IMDA and owner of Specialist Cars Stoke said: “The IMDA set out to help guide dealers through the complex areas of compliance and give them a competitive edge with exclusive offers with carefully selected partners.
“We were impressed with the Acceler8 system and the results of its early trials and moved quickly to ensure our members can benefit.”
IMDA members benefit from a discount and dedicated support. Users can also build an offer in the platform and integrate time-saving tools such as VRM lookup and valuation.
The new lead management tool is designed for independent dealers and allows them to manage enquiries from website to sale more efficiently.
Acceler8 can be used on a desktop and mobile app, meaning dealers are no longer tied to their desks.
