Ezi-Methods, an online repair guide service for bodyshops, has held its third annual golf day.
Taking place at Old Thorns Golf Resort in Hampshire, the day saw 10 teams, each from the UK and Australian vehicle repair industry, competing across 18 holes.
The winning team consisted of Phil Travis, Ross Varnam, and Paul Allan (pictured) from the AMG Group, an Ezi-Methods customer from Australia, with the winners’ trophy dedicated to the late Bob Linwood, a driving force behind the event.
Ben Cardy (pictured, centre left), founder of Ezi-Methods, said: “Our event continues to grow each year and it’s a pleasure to bring together such respected figures from the across our industry from both here in the UK and our friends in Australia in a setting that encourages both competition and connection.
“I’m incredibly grateful to all who played a role in making the event such a success.”
Phil Travis also won the Nearest the Pin prize, and Neil Parker from Fix Auto Dagenham won the prize for the longest drive.
After the post-tournament dinner, attendees played a mini snooker tournament, hosted by former world champion John Parrott (pictured, right), who recited anecdotes, and displayed trick shots.
