MIKE Edwards has joined the AutoProtect Group as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

He brings extensive automotive experience from his role at Pendragon, where he was Head of Finance and Insurance, and his previous 14-year tenure at Mercedes Benz Retail Group, most latterly as Group Finance and Insurance Manager.

Edwards will lead the corporate sales, strategic account development and marketing functions. He will also head up the group’s partnerships, OEM and integration strategies, as well as DealTrak’s finance lender and broker activities.

This appointment is testament to AutoProtect Group’s ongoing commitment to strategic partnership with the automotive sector – with collaboration and growth being paramount at a time of evolution and change for the industry.
