Lancashire based, family owned dealer group, Chorley Group may have to have to buy a bigger trophy cabinet as the firm picked up yet another award, this time for being ‘Retail Business of the Year’ at the recent Red Rose Awards.
Commenting on their win, Sales Director Adam Turner said, “We’re very proud to receive this award as it reflects the pride we take in excellent customer service, which is at the heart of everything we do. Our philosophy has always been ‘treat your customers like you’d want your mother to be treated. If something is wrong then put it right.’ It’s a simple mantra but it works very well.”
Of late Chorley Group have been on a winning spree, in 2016 Chorley Nissan dealership won the Nissan Global Award, topping off seven straight years which have seen the Chorley showroom win Nissan’s award for UK Retailer of the year. In 2015, the Chorley dealership also won the customer service award in the Red Rose Awards and the previous year it was presented with the Family Business of the Year title.
