ANCHOR Group has announced its transition into the used car market with the launch of Anchor Cars.

With an already solid reputation in the used van market Anchor has now stepped into the used car sales arena.

Established in 1989 by Graham Joyce, his vision for Anchor was to bring the practices of the prestige car sector into the world of commercial vehicles.

Following considerable expansion in 2018, Anchor Vans, the largest independent commercial vehicle hypermarket in the UK, is now applying their award-winning formula to the used car market.

Anchor Cars adopts a “we’ll make it happen” approach. Its dedicated sales team look after customers’ best interests while finding them the ideal vehicle. It also has a range of finance providers who can accommodate most credit scores.

Managing Director Simon Joyce said: “Moving into the car sales market is a natural progression.

“With the expansion of our existing A4 site to a 6-acre supersite, it made sense for us to expand our product portfolio to reach a wider audience. We look forward to growing the business and welcoming our car customers both on-site and online.”

As part of their five-acre supersite, Anchor has an impressive on-site Ford Approved Service Centre with the capability to service over 20 vehicles at any one time.

Anchor makes the buying process very simple, via their user-friendly website and a team of experienced sales advisors who are on-hand seven days a week, with prime services such as nationwide delivery and a money-back promise on offer.

Anchor Vans already offers part exchange from car to van, and is now able to provide part-exchange from van to car.

Test drives will be available for those with a full UK driving licence. The on-site service and valeting department provides a seamless transition between a customer signing on the dotted line and driving away in their shiny new car.

After a final service, safety check, and interior and exterior refresh, the vehicle is ready for collection.
