Clegg Gifford launches self-service Motor Trade platform with MagiClick
Clegg Gifford has launched a new digital Motor Trade portal for brokers, streamlining quote and bind functionality and enabling self-service MID access for policyholders.
Lloyd’s of London broker Clegg Gifford has partnered with digital agency MagiClick to launch a new self-service Motor Trade insurance platform designed to streamline broker workflows and enhance policyholder experience.
The platform offers brokers instant quote and bind functionality for Motor Trade policies via a fully digital interface, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving processing times. The system is designed to support end-to-end digital interaction, with an intuitive user experience and automation built in to speed up the entire process.
For customers, the platform includes a self-service MID (Motor Insurance Database) portal, allowing policyholders to manage vehicle and trade plate updates directly, without needing to contact their broker.
