MG MOTOR has appointed Chris Richards as its Digital and Social Media Manager, to boost its commitment to growth and digital best practice in its dealer network.

Richards has previously worked for McLaren Automotive and Fiat Chrysler, where he spent four and a half years in his roles as Digital Marketing Manager and Technical Database and CRM Manager.

He will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and digital campaigns which will encourage engagement with existing and potential customers.

He will also help support MG dealers in harnessing the power of digital tools and social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, to support MG through its ambitious growth objectives.
