In partnership with Allianz Worldwide UK, Suzuki has enhanced the warranty programme for its Approved Used Car scheme to cover vehicles up to 10 years old and with up to 100,000 miles on the clock.
Gareth Lumsdaine, General Manager Dealer Development, Automobile Division at Suzuki commented, “It’s important that we respond to the demands of our customers and our partnership with Allianz Worldwide Partners UK helps us to do just that. By working closely, we have expanded the Suzuki Approved Used Car programme to cover older, higher mileage vehicles, meaning even more Suzuki owners will be able to return to their dealer, and their vehicle will benefit from work carried out using genuine Suzuki parts.”
Dale Murphy, Automotive Account Manager at Allianz Worldwide Partners in the UK, added, “The changes to the Suzuki Approved Used Car warranty offering have been designed to increase the customer retention rate for Suzuki dealers, enabling them to gain new revenue opportunities by maximising genuine Suzuki parts turnover and aftersales profits. The wider warranty parameters will also help its dealer network profit from older vehicles, rather than simply trading them.”
