Marketing Delivery’s new ‘LeadBox’ app is capable of recording and responding to customer enquiries that are received via targeted Facebook adverts.

The app was developed as a cost effective way for dealers to integrate leads from social media into their customer communication programmes. LeadBox achieved this by tailoring Facebook’s existing marketing tools to ensure they work more effectively for dealers.

What this means in practical terms is that consumers respond to Facebook adverts, typically by clicking a call-to-action button such as ‘Learn more’ or ‘Get quote’. This launches an enquiry form – pre-populated with user data from their Facebook profile – with no need for the consumer to leave the Facebook site. The data captured automatically uploads to the dealer’s email marketing database.
