Service plan provider, EMaC, has reported year-on-year growth, with over £200M of aftersales revenue generated by service plans in the last 12 months.

.“What’s more, the successful introduction of a service plan scheme will increase consumer loyalty and retention for the long-term. Indeed, we’ve seen consumer retention rates increase to as much as 60% when a service plan is in place, as opposed to 22% without the plan.
