BCA Partner Finance, the auction firm’s operation which lends dealers money to purchase stock at auction, has increased the size of its team by four and says it aiming to recruit the same again in sales, audit and risk management roles.
As part of the move, field sales will be managed by Ashley Graham and Michael Craig in their respective new roles as national sales managers for the South and North. The firm has also created a position known as regional audit manager. Paolo Antoniazzi will manage the Southern Region while Steven Fletcher, who joins the business from OCS, will manage the Midlands Region.
Talking about what they are doing, Malcolm Thompson, managing director of BCA Partner Finance said, “Along with the used vehicle market our finance division goes from strength to strength. We continue to invest in people and innovation to ensure our customers can trade flexibly and profitably. And with a broader product range that now includes funding for part exchange vehicles, the emphasis remains on helping our customers managing their working capital effectively.”
