Volvo dealership, Waterhouse, was named Best Improved Dealer for 2014 within the automaker’s UK network.

The Chelmsford Volvo site opened two years ago.  In 2013 they clocked up a win for the Volvo Quality Award and the latest award from Volvo Car UK confirms Waterhouse to be one of their top 25 dealers.

Nigel Pavely, Dealer Principal at Waterhouse, commented: “This is a fantastic achievement for the entire team who have worked very hard to deliver high levels of service to our customers. The great thing about this award is that it underlines how important all roles are within our dealership and how well each and every member of the team here at Waterhouse has performed over the last two years. As a result, we organised a party to say thank you.”

As the business grows it is incorporating young local, talent. 18-year-old Fraser Lawler is one such person.   Fraser is now taking his next step into a full-time sales role having been appointed sales support apprentice at the Chelmsford dealership.

Nigel added: “Fraser’s sales apprentice role is one of the first of its kind for the entire Volvo network, so we were delighted to welcome him onboard. He has so much dedication, commitment and passion for the role and progresses on a daily basis. As Fraser continues to develop and gains valuable experience, I’m confident he is going to be a great asset to Waterhouse Volvo.”
