Škoda UK has announced the winners of its Retailer of the Year Awards 2024, with Vindis Škoda (Bury St Edmunds) crowned as the best retailer in the network.
The awards celebrate retailer excellence across multiple categories, including sales, fleet, electric vehicles (EVs), customer experience, used sales, and aftersales. With over 125 retailers competing, Vindis Škoda (Bury St Edmunds) climbed the ranks from ninth place in 2022 and third in 2023 to claim the top spot this year. Barlow Motors (Crewe), last year’s overall winner, finished in second place, while RRG Škoda (Rochdale) jumped 35 places to secure third place.

Vindis Škoda (Bury St Edmunds) not only claimed the Retailer of the Year title but also won the Aftersales and Human Touch awards. Other category winners demonstrated consistent excellence across the UK retailer network.
The New Sales Award was won by Barlow Motors (Stoke) for outstanding performance in sales, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Johnsons Škoda Burntwood took the Used Sales Award, recognised for excellence in used sales, marketing, and service.
The Electric Vehicles Award went to Wings Škoda Peterborough, acknowledging its role in driving BEV sales through exceptional customer experience. Garland Motors Škoda (Aldershot) won the Fleet Sales Award, recognised for its dedication to fleet customers.
The Loyalty Award was awarded to Des Winks Škoda (Scarborough) for retaining customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
Škoda UK also highlighted the Aftersales Award, given to Vindis Škoda (Bury St Edmunds) for consistently strong aftersales performance, while its Human Touch Award recognised the retailer’s ability to bring warmth and expertise to every customer interaction.
