Vertu Toyota Glasgow has been named Business Centre of the Year at the Toyota BRIT (Best Retailer in Town) Awards.

The award highlighted exceptional performance across key areas including customer service, sales, and brand commitment.

The accolade positions the Glasgow site at the forefront of Toyota’s UK retailer network and reflects the dealership’s rapid rise within the brand since Vertu Motors joined the Toyota network.

Despite being a recent entrant, Vertu has become the second-largest Toyota partner in the UK.

Led by business centre manager Nick Jones, the Glasgow dealership impressed judges with its consistently high standards and dedication to delivering outstanding service.

Jones said: “We are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition.

“It’s a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire team here at Glasgow.

“We’re passionate about delivering the best possible experience for every customer, and it’s incredibly rewarding to have those efforts acknowledged at a national level.”

Chris Taylor, group operations director at Vertu, added: “Our journey with Toyota has been both exciting and rewarding.

“This recognition is richly deserved by Nick and his team, who have set a high bar for performance and customer satisfaction.

“We hope this is the first of many accolades as we continue to grow within the Toyota network.”

Vertu Toyota Glasgow offers a range of Toyota vehicles including popular models such as the Yaris Cross, Aygo X, Corolla Hatchback, C-HR and RAV4, appealing to both private and business customers.

Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Vertu Motors, said: “To be named the best Toyota business centre in the UK is an outstanding result and reflects the calibre of leadership and professionalism at Vertu Toyota Glasgow.

“We are immensely proud of the team and the momentum they’ve built in such a short time with the brand.”
