Other awards were the global sales dealer title, which went to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Osaka, Japan; and the global provenance award which was given to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Rancho Mirage, USA.

Commenting on the awards, the manufacturer’s CEO, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, said: “Every aspect of the ownership experience of a Rolls-Royce motor car must be effortless, and it is the role of our dealers across the world to deliver on this promise.

“The awards recognise exceptional customer service and this was demonstrated by our successful dealers in each of the categories, with Rolls Royce Motor Cars Palm Beach setting a new global standard.”
