PEUGEOT has strengthened its position in the UK market, increasing its total car and van market share to 5.7% year-on-year, while its total car market share has grown to 5.5%. The brand now ranks in the top four for overall new vehicle sales in the UK year-to-date.

In February, PEUGEOT recorded a 16% increase in sales volume year-on-year, delivering 5,236 units and bringing its total registrations to 14,777 year-to-date. A key driver of this growth has been PEUGEOT’s electric vehicle sales, which more than doubled to 2,650 units year-to-date compared to 1,161 in the same period last year. The brand’s share of the electric car market has also risen to 5.2% year-to-date, a year-on-year increase of nearly two percentage points.

In the electric car and van segment, PEUGEOT’s market share reached 5.4% year-to-date, up from 3.7% in February 2024. Month-to-date, market share increased by 2.2% to 4.9%. PEUGEOT now offers an all-electric version of every model in its 12-vehicle lineup, making it the European brand with the widest all-electric range.
