Vauxhall’s approved used car brand, Network Q, has chosen Allianz Global Assistance UK as its sole supplier of warranty services

Under the new agreement, Network Q retailers will also benefit from a fully Vauxhall-branded warranty extranet, designed for quick and simple warranty registrations and claims submissions. Crucially, the intuitive system will reduce administration workloads for the Network Q retail staff, enabling them to focus on delivering a superior customer service.

Derek Wilson, operations director, rental, used cars & company vehicles for Network Q, said: “The experience and professionalism of Allianz Global Assistance, coupled with its focus on providing a bespoke scheme that reflects our brand values and customer expectations, made it a clear partner of choice.

“The introduction of a new platform to aid our Retailers in processing warranties has also been a welcome addition, along with support from a dedicated field team which is delivering product knowledge and system training, so that our Retailers can sell with the highest degree of confidence.”

Lee Taylor, chief sales officer from Allianz Global Assistance UK, added: “We are looking forward to working closely with Network Q to deliver an outstanding warranty service that reflects the quality Vauxhall owners have come to expect.”
