Ocean Automotive Group’s Poole Audi Master Technician, Craig Johnson, has been awarded a national Audi accolade – the Audi Spirit Award.

The Audi Spirit initiative celebrates examples of great service across the Audi network and recognises Audi staff every quarter. Craig, who was Poole Audi’s employee of the year in 2015, received the Audi Spirit Award for his work in 2016.

Craig has been with Poole Audi since 2007 and in that time reached the national finals of the Audi Twin Cup twice, a competition which test Audi technicians’ knowledge and ability. In 2016 he was part of a team that came third internationally – the best result that the UK has ever achieved!

Craig commented: “I am so proud to be recognised by Audi Spirit, it is great timing as we are now working out of such an impressive Audi Centre in Poole. I have trained to the very highest standard with Audi and have more recently become an ‘Audi Sport Specialist.’ I love the passion that our customers show towards their Audis.

“Every day we work hard to maintain and improve upon the service we deliver to Poole Audi customers – it is such a rewarding job and one that I am immensely proud of.”

The opening of the new Poole Audi Centre, third place in the Twin Cup and now Craig and the Audi Spirit Award, all illustrating the commitment we have to the customer experience and to continually pushing the standards of work we deliver to the highest levels for all our customers. Craig has achieved so much and I congratulate him on this most recent triumph.”
