Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has appointed Bryony Bradbury as its new Customer Services Manager.
Bryony Bradbury has over 20 years’ experience in the field, working in a variety of roles, from front-line face-to-face customer service, to management and customer experience. She has been tasked with reviewing the recently installed Contact Management System within the department, with an aim of developing it to make the team even more efficient in handling customer communications.
Bryony commented: “I’m really looking forward to working with the highly experienced team here at Mitsubishi Motors. I will be managing the day to day activities of the team whilst looking across the whole organisation to understand where I can add even more customer satisfaction – our ethos is to provide excellent service and doing that at every opportunity is key.”
