KAHN LANDMARK appoints Rapleys to market flagship Kensington car showroom
KAHN LANDMARK has instructed Rapleys to market a prime 2,600 sq. ft. showroom on Kensington High Street, positioned at the heart of London’s luxury automotive district.
KAHN LANDMARK, the property division of the KAHN® brand, has appointed commercial property consultancy Rapleys to market its prestigious 2,600 sq. ft. car showroom on Kensington High Street.
Situated at the base of the landmark 375 High Street Kensington development, the space accommodates a minimum of 12 vehicles and sits next to Koenigsegg’s London flagship and opposite the Indian Motorcycles showroom—placing it at the heart of what is fast becoming one of Central London’s most exclusive automotive clusters.
The launch comes at a timely moment, with the nearby Olympia Exhibition Centre now open and set to host multiple motoring events in the months ahead. Thousands of high-net-worth visitors are expected, adding to the already significant prestige and footfall in the area.
In addition to the showroom itself, the property benefits from access to an underground car park with capacity for approximately 100 vehicles. KAHN LANDMARK will offer flexible leasing arrangements, allowing tenants to secure as many or as few parking bays as needed—an unusual advantage in the capital’s constrained parking environment.
A spokesperson for KAHN LANDMARK said: “We are thrilled to offer such a rare and unique opportunity for KAHN LANDMARK in one of London’s most desirable automotive locations. With Rapleys managing the marketing of this property, we are confident the space will attract top-tier automotive retailers looking to benefit from the area’s high profile and upcoming events at Olympia.”
Rapleys will oversee the marketing campaign, targeting premium brands and retailers seeking a foothold in this fast-evolving luxury automotive destination.
