Citroën UK has celebrated the achievements of its retailers at the annual Citroën Chevron Awards, held on Tuesday, 4th March at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. The event, which recognises outstanding performance across the Citroën network, welcomed former England rugby captain Will Carling as a guest speaker.

Retailers were assessed across sales, aftercare, battery electric vehicles (BEVs), and customer relationship management. Citroën grouped its retailers into ‘leagues’ based on size—small, medium, and large—to ensure fair competition.

J&A Rigbye was awarded both ‘Medium Retailer of the Year’ and ‘Overall Retailer of the Year’, ranking highest across multiple performance metrics.

Dealer principal John Rigbye said: “We are thrilled to have won the Citroën Chevron Award for both the Medium Retailer of the Year and Overall Retailer of the Year. We are a family run business and have been a Citroën retailer since 1989, winning multiple awards. Other key winners included Wilmoths Ashford as ‘Small Retailer of the Year’ and Sherwoods Sunderland as ‘Large Retailer of the Year’. Stellantis & You, Leicester received the ‘Most Improved Retailer’ award, while Chorley Group, Wigan was named ‘RRPC BEV Retailer of the Year’.
