Hyundai Motor UK honours top-performing retailers in 2024 Annual Retailer Awards
Hyundai Motor UK has recognised its retailer network in the 2024 Annual Retailer Awards, with Daly’s Garage named Overall Retailer of the Year and Marshall Motor Group securing three major titles.
Hyundai Motor UK has celebrated its 161-strong retailer network in the 2024 Annual Retailer Awards, recognising outstanding performance across sales, aftersales, and customer service. Daly’s Garage was named Overall Retailer of the Year, while Marshall Motor Group claimed three awards, including Overall Retailer Group, Progress Retailer Group, and Aftersales Retailer Group of the Year.
Other key winners included Platinum Motor Group, which took home the Sales Retailer Group of the Year award, and Cannon Motors Hyundai, which won the Sales Retailer title. Read Hyundai Lincoln was named Progress Retailer of the Year, while Holdcroft Motor Group was recognised as Customer Retailer Group. Paul Rigby Hyundai Bromsgrove received Aftersales Retailer of the Year, and Drive Hyundai Scarborough was named Customer Retailer of the Year.
The awards are based on Hyundai Motor UK’s Balanced Scorecard, which evaluates retailers on five key metrics: new car sales, aftersales performance, customer experience, retailer profitability, and future mobility.

Hyundai Motor UK’s sales increased by 5.4% year-on-year in 2024, following an 8.3% rise in 2023. The company sold 91,800 vehicles last year, with the Tucson as its best-selling model, accounting for 35% of all sales. The brand’s share of the UK car market rose by 0.1 percentage points to 4.7%.
