Hedin Automotive appoints Aston Barclay as remarketing partner

Vehicles from Hedin Automotive will now be sold via Aston Barclay’s Chelmsford auction centre, beginning with a 50-vehicle launch sale on 9th April.

Hedin Automotive has named Aston Barclay as its official remarketing partner in the UK, with vehicles from the European automotive group set to feature regularly in Dealer P/X and Finance sales at Aston Barclay’s Chelmsford centre.

The partnership will kick off with a launch sale on Wednesday 9th April, featuring over 50 vehicles with an average value of around £11,000. A wide mix of makes and models will be included.

The new agreement builds on Aston Barclay’s long-standing relationship with Stephen James, the BMW and Mini dealership group acquired by Hedin Automotive in July 2023. That contract has recently been extended, with the auction house continuing to handle vehicle remarketing for the London-based dealer group.
