FIAT has strengthened its UK management team with the appointment of Victoria Hatfield to lead marketing and Neil Heilbron as head of an expanded sales team. The changes come as the brand prepares for several new model launches and an expanding retailer network.

FIAT has announced changes to its UK management team with Victoria Hatfield appointed to lead its marketing operation and Neil Heilbron taking charge of an expanded sales team. The appointments are effective immediately, with both reporting to FIAT & Abarth UK managing director Giuseppe Cava, who was appointed in January 2025.

The new management structure will support the 2025 launch of new models to the FIAT range, including the Grande Panda, Topolino, and Abarth 600e, which arrives in UK showrooms this month. FIAT is also expanding its UK retailer network, which currently numbers close to 90 sites, to support expected growth in sales.

Victoria Hatfield joins FIAT from Vauxhall, where she was most recently head of communications, having originally joined the Stellantis group as a graduate trainee before taking on a variety of commercial roles within the Peugeot and Citroen brands.

Neil Heilbron has worked within the Stellantis group since 2010 in a variety of sales and aftersales roles across multiple brands, including Vauxhall and Jeep. Prior to Stellantis, Heilbron held various sales and business management roles within automotive retail.

Giuseppe Cava said: “With a number of new models launching this year, it’s an exciting time for FIAT and important that we strengthen our commercial teams to maximise the opportunities; the appointment of Vicky and Neil will be key to this.

“Our network is in a growth phase, as we add additional retailers to service the needs of a growing customer base. I’m committed to ensuring our commercial teams, led by Vicky and Neil, work closely with our retail partners, supporting them and ensuring we deliver the highest levels of customer experience.”
