Cox Motor Group’s Lancaster Volkswagen has been given a reason to be cheerful, with strong feedback on its customer satisfaction performance from the Volkswagen network’s Head of Sales Operations.

Volkswagen’s One Business CSS Improvement workshops rated the staff at Lancaster Volkswagen as one of the top 20 teams in the VW network.

Ian Plumber, Head of Sales Operations VW UK fed back the results to the site’s manager with the following comments: “Once again I am delighted to drop you a quick note and congratulate you and your team on continuing to maintain such an excellent performance on Customer Satisfaction for new car sales. As we close the September scores, your score of 11.69 puts you in a small group of outstanding performers within our network – a huge well done!”
