Arnold Clark Motability Scheme Roadshow returns to Glasgow SEC for 2025
The Motability Scheme Roadshow is a free event which gives attendees the opportunity to view more than 100 cars from more than 20 different manufacturers.
Arnold Clark has confirmed the return of the Arnold Clark Motability Scheme Roadshow, which will take place at the SEC Glasgow (Hall 3) on Wednesday 7th May from 10am to 5pm.
The Motability Scheme Roadshow is a free event which gives attendees the opportunity to view more than 100 cars from more than 20 different manufacturers available on the Motability Scheme, including favourites like Kia, Renault and Vauxhall. Arnold Clark’s own team of experts will also be there on the day to explain about the Motability Scheme.
This year, attendees will have the chance of winning £2,000 towards a holiday of their choice by scanning one of the prize giveaway QR codes on the day.
The Motability Scheme enables people to exchange their mobility allowance for a brand new car, wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV), scooter or powered wheelchair. At the roadshow, attendees will have the chance to meet a team of Motability experts and ask any questions they may have about the scheme or the cars available to them.
There will be free blue badge parking available for those driving to the Motability Scheme Roadshow, and if needed, there will be mobility scooters available that can be used to get around the SEC hall. Like previous years, there will be a quiet zone available for any attendee who need some time to decompress, and children will be able to make use of the designated kids zone.
For those considering an electric vehicle (EV), Arnold Clark employees will be on hand to answer questions about choosing an electric car on the Motability Scheme.
There will also be representatives from Arnold Clark Charge, the Group’s UK-wide, ultra-rapid charging network. Bumblebee, a UK-based EV charge point installer partnered with Arnold Clark, will also be in attendance to talk through the process of getting a free home charger installed.
Lewis Currie, Operations Manager at Arnold Clark, said: “The Arnold Clark Motability Scheme Roadshow is always a brilliant event, and we’re delighted it is taking place in Glasgow again this year. It’s an amazing opportunity for Motability customers to view the huge choice of cars on offer and to receive expert advice from the Motability specialists.
“All of this gives people the complete confidence to buy a brand-new car using their mobility allowance. We look forward to welcoming new and existing customers to the event and hope they enjoy it as much as we will.”
