Alphabet has partnered with Licence Bureau as part of its expanding risk management offering.
The leasing firm will use Licence Bureau’s online Compliance Managed Services (CMS) portal, allowing them to analyse everything from driving licence verification and Right to Work checks, from internal first aid training to MOT/roadworthiness verification, while working seamlessly with Alphabet’s existing risk management systems.
It also proactively monitors fleets of drivers, alerting management of any risks according to severity, while it also provides an auditable Health and Safety trail, which helps Alphabet’s fleets to adhere to Duty of Care obligations.
Commenting on the move, Diarmuid Fahy (pictured), Alphabet’s fleet risk services manager, said: “We identified Licence Bureau as the most forward thinking provider, who sets the agenda for compliance across the entire fleet industry. Working together with Malcolm Maycock and the Licence Bureau team, we believe we can have a major impact on helping our customers continue to raise their standards in licence checking and compliance.”
Malcolm Maycock, Licence Bureau’s managing director, added: “Alphabet’s decision to employ our online CMS portal shows we are like minded companies with a shared vision.”
