Allianz Partners UK extends roadside assistance partnership with Volvo Car UK
Allianz Partners UK has been reappointed as Volvo Car UK’s roadside assistance provider for another three years, continuing a partnership that began in 2010.
Allianz Partners UK has secured a three-year extension as Volvo Car UK’s roadside assistance provider, ensuring customers continue to receive premium breakdown support. The agreement covers new and used Volvo vehicles, as well as those serviced at a Volvo retailer, providing seamless assistance whenever required.
Over the past 15 years, Allianz Partners UK has enhanced its services to align with Volvo’s growing presence in the electric vehicle market. This includes the use of Volvo’s own diagnostic toolkit at the roadside and the integration of specialist Volvo technicians into the assistance team. Customers can report breakdowns or incidents via phone or the Allianz Assistance hub, with flexible mobility solutions available, including taxi services and eco-friendly alternatives such as electric vehicles and bikes.
Allianz Partners will also continue to offer key programmes, including the Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA) feature, which provides an additional year of roadside assistance protection for Volvo customers who service their vehicles at registered retailers.
