Motorpoint staff have taken part in the Burnley 10k raising over £1,400 for Pendleside Hospice.
Over 30 staff from the retailer’s 10 acre site on Rosegrove Lane, joined with customers to take part in the recent Burnley 10k. Together they raised £1,460.The 10K run was the latest in a series of fundraisers that Motorpoint has organised to supporter the Pendleside Hospice in Nelson.The company has raised over £3,000 for the charity in the past 12 months.
Jon Grace, General Manager of Motorpoint in Burnley, commented, “It’s great to have been able to support the Pendleside Hospice once again through the Burnley 10k and we’re already as a team thinking of other ways in which we can fund raise over the coming weeks and months.”
Motorpoint launched in 1998 and now operates twelve large showrooms across England, Scotland and Wales, offering over 6000 used cars via its website.
