Clive Brook Ltd’s Bradford and Huddersfield sites have been awarded the Motor Trade Partnership Excellent Customer Service Award, by West Yorkshire’s Trading Standards Service.

The Clive Brook group opened the Bradford Canal Road showroom in January 2008 and acquired the Leeds Road site from Harratts Group in April 2015.The awards may not come as a surprise for those who follow Clive Brook closely. This year’s accolade marks the ninth and second year running, Bradford and Huddersfield-based Volvo dealer Group, has been awarded a top customer service accolade from West Yorkshire’s Trading Standards Service.As a member of the Motor Trade Partnership,

Clive Brook must undergo this intensive annual audit of its sites, and adhere to a strict customer complaints procedure.  The Trading Standards awards are based on the results of the aforementioned audit.

Managing director Clive Brook commented: “Everyone at Clive Brook Bradford and Huddersfield are delighted to have won this accolade for the ninth and second consecutive year respectively. All staff members take real pride in delivering great service to every customer who calls, emails or visits us at the dealerships, so this is a testament to them.
