Hyundai teases high-performance IONIQ 6 N ahead of Goodwood debut
Hyundai Motor Company has released the first images of the IONIQ 6 N, a high-performance electric sedan set to make its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Hyundai Motor Company has revealed the first teaser images of the IONIQ 6 N, the next addition to its performance-focused N electric vehicle range. The launch builds on the success of the IONIQ 5 N and underscores Hyundai’s growing ambition in the high-performance EV segment.
The IONIQ 6 N showcases a streamlined sedan profile with widened arches, lightweight wheels and a large rear spoiler designed for high-speed aerodynamic stability. Hyundai said the car embodies the N brand’s core pillars: ‘Corner Rascal’, ‘Racetrack Capability’ and ‘Everyday Sports Car’.
Joon Park, vice president and head of N Management Group, said: “IONIQ 6 N will once again disrupt the high-performance EV segment to deliver exciting driving experiences to our fans. We chose to debut the IONIQ 6 N at Goodwood Festival of Speed to be as close to our fans as possible.”
Hyundai is positioning the model as a continuation of the momentum created by the IONIQ 5 N, which has received widespread industry recognition since its launch. The IONIQ 6 N is expected to bring the same combination of track-ready engineering and daily drivability to a sleeker, sedan-style platform.
Further details, including technical specifications and performance figures, are expected to be revealed at the car’s full debut during the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
