Lookers has launched a new graduate programme for 2024, providing aspiring graduates from across the UK an early opportunity to build a sustainable fast-track career within motor industry.

The major dealer group, which represents 33 volume and premium brands and has more than 150 franchised locations across the UK,  sees supporting early careers and delivering best-in-class training and apprenticeship opportunities as a major priority. The annual  ‘Jump Start’ early careers programme is aimed at providing young people with an opportunity to work with industry experts and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.

This year, Lookers is on the hunt for 10 future-focused graduates from across the UK to join its 24-month structured training programme, which aims to accelerate a career in management at the motoring group after the trainees gain valuable experience working in every area of the business.
